April 24-26 Trip to Illinois: Pool Time!

It was so much fun watching them all swim!
They all enjoyed the water.

Michael Turns TWO! April 21, 2009

My dear sweet Michael turned 2 on April 21.
He is an adorable toddler.
Silly and cute.
He loves to play outside. I think he may become a forest ranger or something!
When he wakes up in the morning, he brings me his shoes.
He is well loved by his brothers. He calls Patrick "La la" and Peter is "pee-er"
Liam is "Yee-Um".
He likes to practice his punching-- and is looking forward to one day being a Little Ninja.

April 21: A new Batch of chicks. Again.

April 21st.. Another batch of chicks.
Me: Certifiably insane.
We have here: 2 Araucanas (They lay green eggs!!), 1 white laced Wyandotte,
1 Barred Rock
and 3 Assorted Bantams (1/4 sized chickens!)

My First Belt Testing: White to White Senior

I had my first Belt test for Martial Arts on April 18. It took me a second try to break the board. (I hit the side of it the first time. Ooops) The first picture is of me getting ready, and the second.. if you look closely.. you can see the 2 pieces of board and my black glove. Next time I want to break it on the first try!! (Of course, the pictures uploaded backwards... so.. it is my board break in reverse!)

Scouting: Religious Emblems

Seamus, Francis and I
went to the Cathedral in Lansing for an award ceremony.
Both of the boys completed their Religious emblems this year!
They accepted their awards from our new Bishop!
Way to Go, boys!
