This is what happens when I get shut up in the house for long periods of time. I cook!
I recently joined Michigan Door to Door Organics. I want to get our family eating healthy (again!) and thought this would help. We got our first delivery this week! Check out the HUGE Japanese 'radish' called a Daikon. Looks like a big white carrot! The boys and I made Egg Rolls, eggplant parmesan, salads, and homemade pizza this week. We've been having fun in the kitchen! (Their future wives will thank me, I am sure!) Enjoy the pictures!

That is awesome! So do they deliver it to your house? I looked at the link and it looks like it is only in MI. Too bad for TX.
